COMMUNITY

From the forums

Linode has historically been well-regarded for its reliable service and helpful customer support. Reddit discussions highlight consistent uptime and transparent pricing as key strengths. The Akamai acquisition has raised some uncertainty among long-time users about future pricing direction and product focus. Its documentation quality is considered solid but less extensive than DigitalOcean's community library.
