From the forums

Scaleway is appreciated on Reddit for its transparent pricing and free tier resources, which outpace many competitors for development and small project use. European developers in particular value the local data center presence and compliance guarantees. Criticisms include a smaller ecosystem and fewer third-party integrations compared to larger cloud providers and occasional reports of network performance variability during peak hours in the Paris region.
